For a gift other than those listed below, Paramount Caviar will replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase, if it is returned to us within 48 hours of purchase.
Paramount Caviar does not accept returns of the following items:
- Monogrammed or personalized gifts (unless they are damaged).
- Gourmet gift baskets
- Items that say, "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page of our Website.
- Items that are returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
To Return or Exchange items, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact Customer Service toll free at 1-800-99CAVIAR Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm EST to obtain a return shipping address and authorization number..
- 2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, enclose the packing slip or letter describing contents.
- 3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) and retain your receipt.
- 4. If you are returning a gift as a result of our error or you received a damaged or defective product, Paramount Caviar will pay the shipping costs.
- 5. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund, if you use the FedEx account of Paramount Caviar.
- 6. Please do not include items from other orders, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund.
