Join us at The Caviar Vault on May 16th at 6:30PM for an evening of delicious luxury as you discover the world of caviar and roe over a conversation about caviar's history, art, and science. This intimate experience will leave you understanding the rich history of caviar, its significance in cultures around the world, and the modern sustainability practices that ensure its continued legacy; and of course, with some new caviar favorites.

Your ticket ($235 per person) includes:

1. 6 x Half-Ounce portions of Caviar and Roe served alongside accouterments like baked potato chips, gluten-free wafer crackers, and créme fraîche. 
2. A guided tasting experience led by the owners and family behind Paramount Caviar. Our tasting experiences last for up to 90 minutes. 
3. Beverage Pouring Service: While we are a BYOB establishment, we are happy to suggest pairings for your champagne, wine, vodka, or non-alcoholic beverage choice. We have the glassware for wine, champagne, and vodka. 
4. A Mother of Pearl Spoon with sachet bag for safekeeping. 
5. (Optional) Insider Pricing on your caviar(s) of choice to be used at the time of your tasting. Note that you are not required to purchase anything at the end of your tasting experience.

Our Worldly Wonders Tasting Experience includes Vegan Seaweed 'Caviar', Salmon Roe, Smoked Trout Roe, Hackleback Caviar, Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, and Imperial Osetra Caviar.

Guided Tasting: Led by the owners and family behind Paramount Caviar and The Caviar Vault, you'll learn the art of savoring caviar, understanding its nuances and flavor profiles as well as learning about the history and science of caviar.

Perfect Pairings: Our tasting experiences do not have alcoholic beverage pricing built in as we are a Bring Your Own Beverage establishment. We are happy to recommend beverage pairings upon request.

Insider's Pricing: After your Vault experience, you may purchase caviar at insider prices only made available to guests of The Caviar Vault at the time of your visit.
