Bring deep and earthy flavors from Italy into your kitchen. The estate-grown French extra-virgin Arbequina olive oil is naturally infused with aromatic white truffles(tuber magnatum pico) from Alba, famous for their deep, earthy character. Imagine, that deep musky fragrance of a brand-new leather jacket. Now add garlic. Not raw or roasted but just softened slowly and lovingly in a whole heap of butter. The result is an exceptionally versatile blend that adds complex, umami-packed flavor to all of the staples including pasta, risotto, eggs, salads, french fries, roast chicken or mashed potatoes.

Our premium farm raised Atlantic Salmon are harvested after two years. Each salmon is fileted by hand and seasoned with pure kosher sea salt to open the pores and allow the full flavor of this fish to emerge during smoking.
Using only the finest oak wood chips, our salmon is smoked in the Scottish tradition for up to 36 hours for it to acquire the most delicate flavor. After the smoking process the fish rests, cools and then is sliced and packaged.
All salmon comes with dill sauce on side.
