Paramount Caviar has been Le Bernardin's caviar purveyor for over 25 years and both Le Bernardin and Paramount are thrilled to introduce this new line of caviar together. The line spotlights custom caviars in varying size options, including a smoked trout roe, signature Imperial Osetra and rare golden roe Imperial Hybrid, with accoutrements. For an opulent sampling of all three offerings, the Eric Ripert Caviar Flight features the various caviars along with creme fraiche, blinis and three mini mother of pearl spoons to serve.
All orders placed before 3PM EST are shipped overnight through FedEx Standard Overnight. Pricing varies from $65 to $1,450, plus shipping.
