For a gift other than those listed below, Paramount Caviar will replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase, if it is returned to us within 48 hours of purchase.
Paramount Caviar does not accept returns of the following items:
- • Monogrammed or personalized gifts (unless they are damaged).
- • Gourmet gift baskets
- • Items that say, "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page of our Website.
- • Items that are returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
- • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact Customer Service toll free at 1-800-99CAVIAR Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm (Eastern Time) to obtain a return shipping address.
- 2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible and enclose the packing slip.
- 3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) and retain your receipt.
- 4. If you are returning a gift as a result of our error, (you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product), Paramount Caviar will pay the shipping costs.
- 5. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item would be deducted from your refund.
- 6. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each item must be returned using a unique shipping address.
If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact Customer Service toll free at 1-800-99CAVIAR to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by following the simple 4-steps outlined above for returns and place another order for the item you would like to purchase. (You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item). You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
