Our Domestic Salmon has been purchased from one of the oldest smoke houses in the United States. A perfect product must start from a perfect fish and these fish are just that. Farm raised and fed a wonderful blend to produce both a flavorful and beautiful product. Your pre-sliced side of fish will be approx. 2.5 lbs that can feed 12-15 people or choose multiple packages of our 8 ounce package for smaller gatherings.
