Online ordering at Paramount Caviar is quick and easy.
Browse our gift categories or use the search box to find the perfect
item. To select a gift/purchase, click on the item name or image and
follow the instructions below: Have something in mind, but you just can't find
it call our gift team and they will assist you with any request.
Select Product Details:
Use the drop-down menu to choose the quantity, color, size
and other attributes of the purchase. Then, click the Add to "shopping
Cart" button. If the item is on back order, this is when you will be
alerted as to its anticipated availability.
Review order:
Review all the items you have placed in your "shopping
Cart" and information about each item. It is never too late to can
make changes to your order such as item quantity or remove an item from your
Shopping Cart. (If you make any changes to your order, you must click on the
“Recalculate” button at the bottom of the page to see your revised total.) If
you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you are
finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.
Checkout:
Enter your billing information, any promotion codes,
shipping method and gift recipient information. If you're a registered
Paramount Caviar customer, some of this information will appear automatically.
Again, you can choose to continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping
button, or finish your checkout by clicking the "Checkout"
button. We will automatically validate your address information against
the United States Postal Service database to prevent delivery delays. If our
system suspects an error, you will be prompted to correct the information.
Process Order:
Review your order for accuracy and make any last-minute
changes. This is your last chance to cancel your order before we process the
charges. Enter your credit card information and gift certificate or promotion
codes. When you are finished, click Process Order. PLEASE BE AWARE
THAT ANY ORDER RECEIVED AFTER 3:30PM EASTERN TIME, MAY NOT BE PROCESSED TILL
THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Confirm Order:
An order summary, including the order number, can be used to
track the status of your order through delivery to your gift recipient(s).
Set Gift Recipient List (optional):
When you were in the checkout process, you were given the
option of adding your recipient(s) to your Recipient List. Upon order
confirmation, you will be given the opportunity to complete your Recipient List
with the recipients' special occasions, birthdays and gift preferences. You can
also access the Recipient List through the Recipient List button at the bottom
of every page.
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Paramount Caviar.
First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

International Orders
We accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in
the U.S.
only.
Payment Methods
Paramount Caviar accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard
credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks or ship merchandise
via COD.
Your credit card will be billed on completion of your order.
Please always give a day time phone number so your order can be confirmed prior
to shipping.
A sales tax is applicable to all non food items.
